This notice covers this website and the Aptyme waitlist. When the Aptyme app opens, a separate notice will explain how the app handles your account and your work data.
Who is responsible
Aptyme is operated by Andrej Maruška, a sole trader (živnostník) in Slovakia, business ID (IČO) 53847792. You can reach us at hello@aptyme.com.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, plus which sign-up form on the site you used and the time you signed up. That is all. We don't ask for your name and we don't ask for anything else.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics, and it loads its fonts from its own server rather than from a third party. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) for security and operations.
Why, and on what basis
- To tell you when Aptyme launches. We email you once, when the app opens. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
We don't sell your email address, and we don't use it for anything other than the launch notification.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores the waitlist in our database.
- Our website hosting provider serves this site.
- Our email service will send the launch message when we have one.
These providers act on our instructions and are not allowed to use your email for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until we have sent you the launch notification, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. You can ask at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent whenever you like. Email hello@aptyme.com from the address you signed up with and we will handle it. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in Slovakia, that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change affects the waitlist in a way you would not expect, we will tell you by email.
